Good afternoon, 

Want to give three helpful hint of starting the new year off eating right. 

1. Incorporate more water in your diet and eliminate all other beverages.

2. Reduce the amount meat protein intake in half 

3. Double the amount of vegetable intake 

 

These three hints will help you naturally lose a weight and feel better.  Exercising will help increase the amount of overall health and weight lose.
